serene palace stay

quiet retreat generous bedroom well thought out options quirky buildings
the hotel provided a quiet retreat from the city. i particularly enjoyed the reprovisioned and tidied bedroom, a generous space. breakfast offered many well thought out options! the public spaces created a luxurious feel. the pool was open 24 hours and buildings had quirky beautiful features.
the concierge suggested a restaurant that i later found had scam reviews, a disappointing experience.

The staff displayed attentiveness. I noticed that everyone smiled. each staff member greeted guests. they seemed happy to help with all requests and it enhanced the stay.

The hotel benefits from its position in a residential area. This made it very quiet! the hotel is near many embassies! it is a 15 minute taxi ride to the hectic city center.

Breakfast included many dining choices and stylish flair. the main restaurant featured interesting dishes in the evening. there is a bar in an english style, where a pianist plays in the evening. The performance adds a nice touch.

The breakfast buffet included a lot of options. i enjoyed the fresh fruit. there was also a selection of hot dishes. the service was very attentive throughout my meal. the hotel grounds were so pretty and very calm. the garden offered a peaceful retreat. i spent some time at the pool area. It was very relaxing. the staff provided excellent service near the pool.
The room decor felt a bit outdated. It could use some modernization. the bathroom fixtures seemed old. They could benefit from upgrades. the air conditioning in my room was not very efficient. The temperature was difficult to regulate. the gym was smaller than i expected. It lacked some equipment.
